Happy to stay, only if lift is working

staff were all friendly and helpful

the lift broke down a few hours before I was due to check out, and wasn’t able to be fixed. my wife and I had to carry our bags down three floors! Thank goodness one of the front desk staff came to help us.

It has windows and it is almost complete in facilities. Sound proofed room. Location is a a block way from Ximenting night market. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Housekeeping could be done better instead of just refilling the consumables and empting the trash. A simple dusting could be done. It has no closet but that's not a deal breaker for me.

Some of the staff had attitude when enquiries were made regarding the use of their facilities. Furthering proper sanitation should be reviewed specifically disposing used toilet paper. I mean at this day and age, rising causes of communicable diseases are mainly due to poor sanitation. Am throughly surprise that a hotel smack right in the heart of Taipei doesn’t have proper management of biohazard waste.

Good location, at the quiet end of Ximending. Clean bathroom but small room.Sound proof not so good.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean bathroom.

The room was too small. Couldn’t open 2 big luggage. Not sound proof as we could hear the lift, toilet flushing and people walking along the corridor as there was an inch gab under the door.
